Jul 23 2015(no) DECISIONS FORTHCOMING
The Indians are like the Browns in one (not very good) way. Both are mediocre, the damning middle of pro sports from which you cannot improve, or be bad enough to someday get good. The Tribe is 45-48, not terrible, but not nearly good enough to contend for anything important. They aren't good enough to trade for players to help...plus they have no money. But they're not bad enough to say "Let's blow it all up." So what do you have? Rumors they may trade Lonnie Chisenhall to the Mets (another great #1 pick!). Nick Swisher, he of $22 mil left on his contract, rehabbing in Akron in right field. Swish has two homers, 8 RBI this year...that rare ballplayer not nearly as successful as his wife. All the Indians can hope for is a hot streak. At home of course, where they have the worst record i n the AL. OK then fire up!
