A 27 year old Akron man who shot and killed 50 year old Tina Case while she sat in her vehicle has been sentenced to life in prison with parole eligibility after 36 years. Antonio Miller, of Taggart Drive in Akron, was convicted of murder after police accused him of ambushing Case back in 2022 while she was in her car in her driveway outside of her Koerber Avenue home in Akron. At the time Miller and Case’s daughter had broken up following a 5 year on and off relationship. Investigators arrested Miller 5 months later after security video linked him to the crime.
