The Browns are in a mess again! This time having to do with their best player defensive end Myles Garrett. He has made it clear that he wants to be traded to a contender because he wants to play in a Super Bowl. He went on Radio Row at the Super Bowl in New Orleans this week and doubled down on his request. The Browns are at the moment still sticking to the line that they will not trade him. So in the coming weeks and months leading up to the NFL Draft and possibly after, this could get messier. It’s possible they trade him, but do they have to trade him to a contender?? If you can get a better deal elsewhere, then why not take it. If it’s a team as bad as the Browns are now so be it. Or do they stick to their guns and not trade him? I guess we will have to wait and see. Even long after the Browns season is over, it seems like the drama never is. Will their be other players on the roster who take the same approach Garrett did? Only time will tell. I do know this situation does not help them in their quest to try to turn this thing around quickly. Once again it’s the Browns being the Browns.
