The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating after a serious injury motorcycle crash. It occurred yesterday afternoon around 445pm on State Route 43 near Otto Road SE in Canton Township. According to the press release, the motorcyclist, 63 year old Kathryne Moreland of Waynesburg was traveling SB in State Route 43 near Otto Road when she lost control of the motorcycle and was tossed from the bike. She was transported to Aultman Hospital with life threatening injuries. The release states that alcohol and drug use are not factors in the crash.
