The Ohio BCI has concluded its investigation into the death of Frank Tyson, of Canton, who died while being arrested by Canton Police. This happened in April. Body cam video shows officers struggling to arrest Tyson before he is restrained under an officer’s knee. Tyson is repeatedly heard on video telling officers he couldn’t breathe before becoming unresponsive. The case now heads to the Stark County Prosecutor’s Office who will determine whether to present the case to a grand jury for potential. Criminal charges against the officers.
