Akron police say a 9 year old and an 11 year old threw rocks over the 27th Street Bridge and onto vehicles on I-76 West. It happened around 6pm Tuesday. Police say at least 9 vehicles were damaged. a 44 year old man was injured after shattered glass hit him in the eye. Both boys have been released to their parents and the case has been referred to the Summit County Juvenile Court for review.
