The 2 Canton police officers charged with reckless homicide in the death of 53 year old Frank Tyson are out of jail on bond. Camden Burch and Beau Schonnege both waived their right to appear at a court hearing in Stark County yesterday. The judge set their bond at $25,000 each. Tyson died in April while in police custody after confrontation with both officers at a Canton bar. He died a short time later. Both officers are set to be arraigned Friday. They could each face up to 3 years in prison if convicted.
