Jackson Township police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred Sunday afternoon just after 1pm in the 5400 block of Portage Street Northwest. Authorities say, 34 year old Angel Burlingame, was driving westbound when she went left of center and struck an Eastbound Dodge Ram, driven by a 47 year old man. Burlingame was transported to Mercy Medical Center where she died of her injuries. There were no other serious injuries in the crash.
