The Medina Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a single-vehicle fatal crash on I-76 in the Village of Seville, in Medina County. According to a press release here to WNIR, a Jeep SUV driven by 57 year old Paul Kinczel, of Richmond Heights was driving west on I-76 Sunday when the vehicle veered off the road and overturned. Kinczel was ejected from the SUV and was pronounced dead at the scene. According to troopers, Kinczel was not wearing a seatbelt.
